Pontins Holiday park was located on the coast of Norfolk in the town of Hemsby.
It was part of the Pontins company group which was founded in 1946 by Fred Pontin.
Opening in 1971, The park spanned over 22 acres and could hold up to 2440 residents. It was equipped with 512 chalets, a swimming pool, a pub, bars, climbing wall and even a go-cart track.
