Abandoned place in Poole

Hi all,

I have recently seen an abandoned building (presuming its abandoned) in Poole. It is near the big Barclays Bank, me and my friends are thinking about exploring it soon, but none of use have any background information about the place. If anyone's been in there or who knowns someone who's been in there, what is it like in there? I'm interested to know what it's like.
